  • Advised, developed and negotiated strategies for institutional debt investment in social infrastructure across affordable housing & the bond aggregator for alternative debt funder and the CHP industry

  • Advised on strategy, designed engagement and mediated disputes to help cut-through barriers holding back positive decision-making between a Real Estate Investment Trust and a Next Gen Property Tech Innovation Company.
  • Actively and comprehensively gathered market intelligence, conducted pre-engagement investigations, designed detailed engagement pitches for our client’s tech product.
  • Developed a commercial and political strategy to help an institutional debt manager build profile across social infrastructure & become a provider of choice for CHPs.
  • Provided Institutional clients with market, commercial, political analysis & intelligence on investment projects in affordable housing, SAHF II, Bond Aggregator, Managed Investment Trusts and NDIS.
  • Advised leading Community Housing Industry Association and members on strategy, policy, and negotiation of key Government measures to enhance the investment opportunities in the Community Housing Provider (CHP) market.
  • Comprehensively analysed all tier 1 & 2 CHPs as a part of advising Government and Alternative Debt Managers on the best implementation of the Bond Aggregator.

 

Royal commissions and Tenders

 

  • Advised and designed lobbying briefs and engagement strategies for negotiating with the Royal Commission into Banking, Government, ASIC, Treasury and APRA for our clients.
  • Authored  extensive Banking Royal Commission submissions to help design the recommendations & feedback policy solutions to Government for our clients.
  • Extensively analysed and advised clients on the Banking Royal Commission reports, with briefs and  presentations.
  • Drafting extensive tender documents to help a non-equity debt provider to apply to be the debt manager for the Government’s (then) new Bond Aggregator.
