- Brokered in-principle agreement for alternative debt funder for institutional affordable housing investment with blue chip developer.
Collaborations & Political Engagement
- Engaged all levels of Government leadership from Senators to direct consultation with the cabinet leadership to build political credentials for engagement with the Royal Commission task forces, Treasury, the Banks, ABA, ASIC for Tech Innovation Company;
- Developed/implemented a commercial and political strategy to help an institutional debt manager build profile across social infrastructure & become provider of choice for CHPs.
