Andrew Mihno

Andrew is the Founder Director, providing international & domestic Government relations, business venture development, JV & partnership generation, strategic engagement & negotiation, analysis/negotiation & risk mitigation for policy & governance, business planning.
Andrew is a member of the NHFIC Advisory Panel, established to provide Community Housing Providers with capacity building expertise they need to engage and harness the government’s debt financing facility under the Affordable & social Housing Bond Aggregator.
Andrew has experience spanning two decades in property, capital markets, corporate finance regulation, commercial law, litigation as well as political and business engagement across domestic and international capital markets through Madigan Capital, the Property Council of Australia and in private practice with Clayton Utz including ASIC in-house advisory secondment for the HIH/FAI investigation.
At the Property Council, Andrew was Executive Director of International and Capital Markets where he negotiated critical initiatives to free up investment, advised the Australian, US, Japanese and Indian Governments on key international/domestic investment reforms and initiated JV negotiations for investors and developers.
He has an ongoing commitment spanning a number of years, to develop large-scale institutional investment in affordable, modular, build to rent and social housing. He introduced cornerstone initiatives to help build industry capacity for large-scale institutional investment through deep engagement with domestic and international institutional investors, developers, community housing providers and all spheres of Government.
Andrew has a double degree in Economics/Finance and Law from Macquarie University and is a practicing lawyer in NSW.
